Problems and Acomplishments
AFter filming our piece we downloaded our clips on to the computer only to find that some scenes were not what we expected. As they were unsatisfying to finial goal we set about re-filming some scenes, when we had our end product we then had the task of placing it all together.
Each sequence was placed in the correct order, we picked only the best of what we had filmed. We had filmed many of the scenes more than twice to ensure we had the perfect out come. then came the task of timing, each scene was adapted to the verysecond to allow the film to flow smoothly when needed.
At the beginning of our film we felt the need for a time difference to be shown was crucial, by changing the clips to black and white our audience was able to relate it being in the past or future. Because of this element there is a feeling of mystery created as the audience try to figure out whether the dialogue is in the past or present.
The dialogue was edited to be delivered quickly making the characters speech seem angry and fustrated. The lighting was kept natural as the underlit lighting helped set the scene. The camera angles kept the characters in view at all times making them the audiences focus.
The credits and the title sequence were placed in red to give the mis-en-scene of danger and blood, the title was placed in a type writter form as the audience associate this with documents which is what the film circles around.
